About this property

The Bunker on 22 acres, Mountain Views, hiking

This cozy cabin sits on 20 acres of land with beautiful views from both sides of the property. Long-range Mountain views from one side and a large private pond view on the other side. The cabin has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. For a cabin in the mountains, this has more luxury than most cabins with beautiful modern bathrooms and a high-end kitchen.

The kitchen has custom Cabinetry and granite countertops with a beautiful island and bar top. The great room has a wonderful wood-burning stove fireplace and a large comfy leather couch(which turns into a queen bed), with a 75-inch TV.
The first bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed. Directly across the hall from the main floor bedroom, is a beautiful custom bathroom with a shower. In the upstairs master bedroom, there is a king bed and an attached full bathroom with a custom shower that has 2 shower heads. Outside of the home, you will find a large L-shaped porch with a picnic table for outdoor dining, and a grill. There is a fire pit in the open backyard. This property has lots of Wildlife, deer, turkey by the dozen, and even an occasional bear. Very close to white water rafting, kayaking, hiking trails, and much more.

Available during normal business hours to handle regular calls and questions. 24/7 emergency phone line.

Thanksgiving getaway
We enjoyed our time away at this secluded cabin. It was nice to be so far away from everything and have peace and quiet. The pond was a great bonus and we enjoyed fishing every day we were there. There were a few deer that ran through while we sat on the deck and even when we were fishing. This was our first time away from home on Thanksgiving but we still cooked our traditional meal and this may be a new tradition for us. I would recommend stocking up on groceries before you go like we did because there is no just running down the road to the store to pick up something you forgot. There could be a few upgrades to the living room furniture and the master bath. But for the location and view it can't be beat.

Perfect location
Great experience.. more attention needs to be put on the property when guest are coming. Grass needed mowed. My wife cleaned the downstairs and found a rotting peach under the couch and more! Loved the atmosphere and everything else. We plan on a return visit. Thanks!

Beautiful and secluded
Beautiful location deep in the woods of the Appalachian Mountains. If you want peace and quiet, do not hesitate to book this location. As we pulled up to the cabin deer ran in all directions. Very nice two bedroom with an awesome master bath. Satellite television and Wi-Fi included.
