Le jardin ombragé et clôturé est idéal lorsqu’on a des chiens. La maison est grande et fraîche mais sale. En effet il y a de la poussière sur une grande partie des meubles, innombrables bibelots et sur les poutres et poteaux en bois. Les araignées sont également extrêmement présentes, toiles comprises . La vaisselle était sale. Enfin, la maison sent le renfermé. Concernant les extérieurs, nous avons acheté un barbecue, celui présent sur place étant inutilisable. Dommage car l’ensemble pourrait être très agréable si entretenu correctement.

belle prestation

très bien placée pour aller se balader dans le bordelais, le bergeracais et le périgord, avec une maison très agréable à vivre, un beau jardin qui nous voyait du petit déjeuner au diner, un petit coin pour mettre les motos à l'abri et un jardin potager nourricier, c'est une maison très agréable, fraiche les jours chauds, bien équipée, pour se reposer et passer d'agréables vacances... Et quel plaisir dans les chemins environnant en promenant le chien, au détour d'un champ, de tomber sur un chevreuil à moins de 5m !

De l'espace et du calme...

Très bon séjour dans cette belle demeure au charme ancien. Les pièces sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Peut être un peu trop de bibelots ou flacons fragiles pour des familles avec enfants turbulents avec un risque de casse. Le jardin est très agréable et l'environnement tranquille. Le petit chat Tweeny est affectueux. Il manque juste un lave linge pour que tout soit parfait mais on s'en accomode sur un sejour d'une semaine. Un large choix de sorties dans la région pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Endroit calme spacieux , près de st Emillion, bon pour promenades avec chien et au bord de la Dronne à Coutras. Bordeaux à 50 km.
