About Helen Neff
We love Lake Tahoe and especially living in Incline Village. There is so much to do: swimming, boating, kayaking, riding bikes in the summer … skiing, boarding, and snowshoeing in the winter. We use the work out options (gym, pool, classes) at the Recreation Center all year round. Our home is close to this lovely vacation rental so we are available for questions or anything else you might need during your visit.

Why Helen Neff chose Incline Village
The Third Creek Townhomes is the best complex in the Village. It is peaceful, quiet, luxurious, and close to everything. We enjoy walking to the market, coffee house, and beach in the summer. In the winter, we can zip up to Diamond Peak with no sitting in backed up traffic. The Rec Center is close by and so is our favorite church, St. Francis of Assisi with it's fabulous view of the lake - the best possible way to pray!
What makes this Townhome unique
We have traveled the world and have stayed in many different hotels and vacation rentals. Some good and some not so good. We strive to offer the best - a welcome basket with wine and sparkling cider, crisp pressed bed linens, matched towels, a complete set of dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans … soaps and toiletries … paper products and zip lock bags, coffee, tea, basic spices and everything sparkling clean!
