Decorated in a contemporary style, the unit is fully furnished with a well-appointed kitchen. You will enjoy your own separate, private 1 bedroom unit. Assigned off street parking. Whether in town for business or pleasure, you will delight in your stay at one of the finest options in Ft. Lauderdale.

This fully equipped and furnished one bedroom apartment, with comfy queen size bed in the bedroom, pullout couch bed in living room and full bath is ideally located within a mile of the best nightlife, fine dining, & shopping in the city. 3-unit building-- only three units share the pool.
Amazing location: East of US1 with Starbucks 1 block away, only 1.5mi to the ocean, beach, beach bars and restaurants, less than 1mi to Las Olas Blvd or SW 2nd and Moffat-- the heart of city nightlife areas, 2mi to the airport. The convention center is less than a mile away (.9mi).

This is a small space for 4 adults and the couch bed is not ideal for 2 adults. (See picture of the couch bed in the listing)

I, the Tenant/guest, agree to hold the owner harmless from any liability resulting from injury or negligence that may occur from using the Pool.
Photo ID is required to be provided to the host through email. THE POOL IS OVER (8') EIGHT FEET DEEP ON THE DEEP END. (see attached pool agreement)

Great location, Fresh and clean
Travis was a great host, going out of his way to make us accommodated. The location was close enough to ride a bike to Lauderdale YC. Too bad it was too cold to use the pool.
