Level 1: Out side rear deck w/outside shower, enters to beautiful dining and kitchen areas (granite countertops new appliances) cabinets galore, hidden laundry behind luvar doors everything you'll need for life at the beach. This leads into a awesome living space with two pineapple cove sofas, 50" Roku smart tv, recliner,4 barstools to ease up on and enjoy a cool drink and the coolest little half bath for convenience.
Towels, chairs and cart for beach just a short stroll away out the front door with your private parking space right next to you entrance plus second space just across small parking lot. Looking at the freshly painted units you know you hit a home run. Also equipped with implosion windows and doors for your safety and quietness. Fully air conditioned or open windows for sea breezes. Deerfield Beach a favorite on mine

Great location, short walk to beach or town. Really good restaurants within short walk or drive.

Very comfortable stay. Location couldn’t be better, close to beach/town

The accommodations met all our needs. Close to beach and town and only a 5 to 10 minute drive to several good restaurants. The beach at Deerfield is the best! Will return in the future, we’re sold on the location.

The property had all the necessary amenities and was very clean, attractive and safe. its location was world class and there was quality beach and a number of restaurants and entertainment spots in walking distance. Owner was very positive and helpful and available. i recommend it and would use it again.
