Property has one of the larger private lots in PGA complete with huge Private side grass yard bordered by a sidewalk which makes a nice track for the kids to ride bikes, scooters, push toys. The home is surrounded by golf course in the front and 2 fairways in the back along with mountain ridges in the back drop. On the other side yard there is concrete for additional play compete with an adjustable basketball court. Rather it is for a bounce house, whiff ball, soccer, volleyball, etc this is the yard for you.

The master guest casita has a queen bed and own bathroom with stone walk in shower, flat screen TV and beautifully appointed. There is an optional air bed for any additional guests.

The patio and pool area is the focal point for this "Legends Home" with a large saltwater pebble-tech pool with spa, built in Fire Pit and BBQ Island with bar stools.
