Large and beautiful house with 6 bedrooms, on a beautiful wooded 2 hectares, with swimming pool (8x4), a haven of peace just 13 km from the first beach (Capbreton), and the seaside resorts of Seignosse, Hossegor , Labenne, with their magnificent waves, dunes and white sand beaches.
At the gates of the Basque Country, you can also discover Bayonne, Biarritz and beautiful small villages.
Multiple games, deck chairs, ping pong table, pool table, petanque, etc. will make you happy if you decide to stay on the spot during the day!

NB: This place is not a place of "big party" but a place to spend quiet moments with family or friends.
Following heavy abuse, we now ask for the stop of loud noises outside (shouting, loud music, dives, etc.) after 23:30. Thank you for your understanding.

Nous avons loué cette magnifique maison le temps d’un week-end entre amis. Tout a été parfait, la réactivité de l’hôte avant ou pendant le séjour, la propreté de la maison, son emplacement à proximité des plages. Le temps nous a permis de profiter du jardin et de la piscine. Nous avons été ravis. Merci!
