New apartment of 2 km from Gandia, 1 km from shopping malls, the same side Trenet Park (Sunday walks miniature train), Sports, Municipal swimming pool. In Almoines in Safor (Valencia), close to the best beaches.

The tranquility of staying in a small village with all amenities nearby, no crowds, no problems with traffic or parking.

We live 50 mts from the apartment by that attention to the host and the delivery of the keys is very good

Highly recommend, lovely quite area and very friendly locals.

The property is in a nice location and its only a short walk to get fresh bread, coffee or a meal in the morning, the locals are very friendly and helpful. Gandia is only a 10min drive and we even walked to it one evening through the small roads with our dogs. The host was extremely helpful and the property has a nice outside balcony too where you can sit and have a drink in the evening

Cela fait la 5ème fois que nous logeons chez Juan. Nous y sommes toujours bien accueillis et le logement dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un séjour sans soucis et continuer à découvrir cette région. Ne pas hésiter à aller hors des sentiers battus. Merci à Juan pour sa disponibilité et sa discrétion. Nous recommandons cette location.

Una estancia muy agradable

El piso está muy limpio, todo ordenado, con todo tipo de detalle. Se aparca gracias N facilidad. El pueblo está muy tranquilo y cerca de las playas de Piles y Guardamar de la Safor ( unos 6 kms). Os las recomiendo por sus aguas transparente y fácil de acceso y poca gente. La estancia ha sido muy bien. El acompañamiento, recibimiento y trato de Joan y Rosa han sido excellente. Gracias por vuestras recomendaciones durante la estancia.

Prima en schoon appartement

Dhr Carcia een zeer goede verhuurder. Staat met alles klaar om te helpen bij wat je vraagt. Het appartement is zéér compleet en er ontbreekt letterlijk niets en zeer schoon!! Rustig gelegen met alles op auto afstand. Als je hiervoor kiest moet je wel rekening houden dat er geen uitzicht is vanaf het terras.
