About this property

Need sun, vacation and / or sports; the cottage 'Kaz family & surf' awaits you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.

The cottage is located in Moule, in the quiet residential area of the Bay. You will be 400 m from a superb surf spot and stroll on the seafront, shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, beautician).

Its location is ideal for traveling around Guadeloupe because you can easily stay in Moule which is an authentic town with its surf spots, its beach volleyball or beach tennis courts, its swimming pool with slide, its fitness trail, its shops; go to Saint-François for the marina and its restaurants, departures by boat (Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, petite terre), golf, casino, ULM flight, beaches; head towards Sainte-Anne for its superb beaches, its craft village, kite-surfing; visit the north of the mainland (Pointe de la Vigie) or simply join the Basse-Terre via Morne à l'eau.

The cottage can accommodate 4 adults + 2 babies +1 child (folding bed)

It is composed as follows:
- an air-conditioned room: 2 beds of 90 (or a bed of 180: on request) with mosquito net and a wooden baby bed. A shower and a sink.
- a second air-conditioned bedroom: a large 160 bed with its mosquito net, a television (TNT Guadeloupe channels) with its HDMI socket. A shower and a sink.
- a toilet
-a cellar that can accommodate sports equipment (board, kite) and / or food.
-outside: the living room and its well-equipped kitchen for your comfort (dishwasher, mini-oven, MW, kettle, coffee maker, toaster).
-a garden area with two sun loungers.

Children's games and books are available.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided.

Possibility of loan of cot, stroller, baby bath, potty, high chair.

Super et agréable

Logement bien situé dans un quartier très calme. Très bien équipé, petit plus pour les familles ayant de jeunes enfants, des jouets (de plage et divers), des livres sont mis à disposition dans le logement. Nadège est très avenante et à été de bons conseils durant notre séjour.

Lieu tres agréable

Le logement est très sympa. Parfait pour un couple avec enfants. Bien situé, au calme et avec des commerces a proximité. Hôte accueillante, qui ne manque pas de donner de bons conseils touristiques.

Détente, ressourcement, tranquillité, douceur, quiétude, sérénité, bonheur.

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans ce petit havre de paix. L'agencement de ce logement nous a parfaitement convenu avec sa cuisine ouverte sur l'extérieur ainsi que son salon. Parfaitement ventilé, il y fait très bon vivre, c'est un réel plaisir. L'endroit est très calme. Dans le petit jardin, nous avons pu contempler de nombreux oiseaux comme les sucriers et les colubris. Nadège, la propriétaire, est extrêmement sympathique, très réactive, adorable et chaleureuse. Notre séjour n'a été que du bonheur, nous avons adoré, nous reviendrons !
