About this property

History of .... ' cottage with three bedrooms

Located at the edge of the departmental D174 in a hamlet in the town of Ceffonds few kilometers from Montier en der, the current single storey house was completely renovated in 2014.
You will be seized by the charm that emanates from this place.
The decoration combines modern materials (waxed concrete tadelak) to raw materials that are found in lamps, coffee table or bedside tables made of pieces of wood, or old beams found on site.
This decoration tells a story: that of the inhabitants of this region.
Embroidered linens are transformed into curtains, old planks hay wagon headboards or shelves ... hay forks nineteenth century coat rack.
The poetry of the place comes from the transposition of old materials associated with cozy plaids and current materials.
The history of the country is also in the spotlight:
You will find a library provided on the abbey of Montier en Der, the creation of Der, the history of Napoleon and one of his veterans: Nicolas Nottat ancestor of the family who lived on the premises of which you can read the memories.
You will find all the modern comforts.
The house has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
A dining room and a living room with a fireplace.
A bathroom with shower and bath.
The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, hob and electric oven, wood stove, microwave, and all necessary utensils ...
For your convenience, the house has central heating.
Bed linen and towels are not provided unless requested. A washing machine is available.
The garage can accommodate cars and bicycles.
The house is surrounded by a plot of 1500 square meters fenced topped with fruit trees ideal for evenings outdoors relaxation. And if you want to continue your trip in Champagne World Heritage of Unesco, I propose a comfortable cottage in Reims city center with terrace and garage: http: // www. A beautiful stay in a beautiful cottage
We loved our stay here, the cottage had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The house is beautifully decorated making it feel very homey. The grocery store was a short drive down the road, which we found very handy. We used this house as a hub to drive to surrounding towns and villages, and enjoyed the champagne region of France. There’s also a lake that you can take advantage of. Veronique took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed about the area and gave us plenty of options, even telling us about special events happening around us during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here!

Gite en famille
Un très bon gîte pour être en famille, tranquillement. Le plain pied pratique et les extérieurs appreciables. Jolie décoration.
