About this property

Traditional Savoyard chalet with a family character, renovated in 2014. Friendly lounge with fireplace, large table (14 seats) and traditional china cabinet. Fully equipped kitchen. Slate floors and parquet floors. Spacious terrace overlooking the valley. Overhanging site, 200m from the hamlet Le Roux, away from traffic and the neighborhood. Ideal rental for lovers of mountains, nature and calm, but also for passionate skiers: the foot of the slopes of St Martin de Belleville is 5 minutes, that of Les Menuires 15 minutes. The proximity of the Val Thorens ski resort (around 25 minutes) guarantees access to snow-covered slopes from December to May. Possibility of joining the chalet off-piste, snowshoeing. Whatever the temperature or your ski level, you are sure to find snow and slopes to your liking. The area of the three valleys is one of the largest ski areas in the world: in addition to the three stations of the Belleville valley, the Méribel and Courchevel stations are accessible by ski.

Ideal launchpad for a group ski trip to the Three Valleys

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cottage. It was truly everything we wanted for a group trip to the Three Valleys. It feels like home and you can tell the owners care deeply for the place in the attention to detail. The fireplace was delightful, kitchen well equipped, group dinner table perfect for community, central location, and stunning views. The ski boot drier, pre-cut plentiful fire wood, endless hot water, and full spice cabinet were especially nice. Benedicte was a lovely and accommodating host who was helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Chalet familial très chaleureux et agréable à vivre en famille comme entre amis, environnement très calme tout en restant proche des remontées mécaniques et d'un domaine skiable exceptionnel pour les skieurs. Bénédicte est un hôte très disponible et à l'écoute. Une belle expérience, merci !

Super séjour entre amis

Chalet spacieux et très bien équipé où chacun a son espace, très agréable pour des moments de convivialité. Le plus : épicerie, thé, café, savons, etc. à disposition des hôtes et que chacun prend soin de recharger. Superbe vue, environnement nature, balades possibles depuis le chalet. Excellente communication avec Bénédicte qui est très réactive.
