About this property

Superb new apartment of 70m2, air conditioned and bright, a real taste of home !!

Can accommodate 2 adults (maximum) and 2 children;

- Living room with flat screen TV and double convertible sofa 140 * 200
- Bedroom with wardrobe and a double bed 160 * 200 (sheets provided).
- Dining room
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine, freezer, toaster, kettle ...)

- Access to the infinity pool (heated from the end of May to mid-September) (access shared with us)
- Access to the outdoor jacuzzi (jacuzzi at 35-36 degrees all year round) (access shared with us).
No privatization possible for these equipments (swimming pool and jacuzzi).

Super Ausblick

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Wohnung.In der Näheder Autobahn, aber absolut ruhig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Garten und Pool können benutzt werden. Die Aussichtist grossartig.

Logement impécable et très bien situé

Le logement est situé en périphérie de Montpellier mais avec un accès autoroutier simple et surtout le tram à 2 min. Le quartier est très calme et la vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. Appartement moderne et confortable. La piscine et le jacu sont un plus bien agréable. Merci à Sandra pour son accueil

Fabulous!

The Property is stunning, as is the pool, garden and views. Sandra and Sebastien are also extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was also very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The area is also very close to many lovely places to visit in the area both inland and on the coast and also very easy to travel into Montpellier by tram. We will definitely return.

Magnifique week end

Magnifique maison,un endroit tres calme repos garanti avec une vue sur la guarigue magnifique piscine jai adorer le jacuzzi a 35°c!!je conseille vivement cet endroit pour profiter du repos et s'évader lappartement est top et moderne et propre!!allez y sans hesiter!!dernier point les propriétaires sont geniales tres sympa et a l'ecoute j'y retournerai sa c'est sur!!👌😍
