Notes
- Property is a bungalow on the first floor of the owner's home. Large open floor plan with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, bar and built-in Lynx outdoor grill. An ideal setup for preparing a romantic dinner for two, a family dinner, or a night of entertaining friends. Large additional Sun Porch area to relax on a comfy padded lounge chair and take in some Vitamin D. Note: The first floor condo opens right onto the beach, and importantly, there is not a sidewalk in front of the patio - as there is in most beach cities.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Escape to Catalina Islands via the Catalina Express and go snorkeling, scuba diving, and touring Wrigley Mansion. Sunset cruises from Marina del Rey are a great way to take in the LA coastline and Santa Monica Mountains.
Make sure to ride the bike path along the coast and visit the famous Venice Boardwalk, Santa Monica Pier and King's Harbor. Take surf lessons in El Porto and watch pro volleyball tournaments in Manhattan Beach.
Rent a paddleboard, kayak or windsurfer in the Marina. Hit the road for world-class museums, iconic music and theater venues, and restaurants offering a rich selection of cuisines or hipster hangouts.

Empty nesters with a place right on the sand! We live in the upper floors. Originally from Iowa and Virginia. Spent some time in the Bay Area. Moved to LA in the 80s. Remodeled (again) in 2008 and touched up (again) in 2018.

Gravitated to the beach cities and found the little beach town of Playa del Rey! Rented on the sand and then bought the place next door! We love the beautiful, ever-changing colors of the beach, with sand, water, sky and boats coming in and out of the Marina. You will love waking up and seeing the ocean right out your front door. You can even open up the whole front of the building for a true indoor / outdoor beach living experience.
What makes this bungalow unique
Nothing like the Beach and the Ocean! Nobody lives west of you! Easy access to LAX , Silicon Beach, Culver City and all of the major freeways. Perfect spot to gather friends outside for fun on the beach, take in a sunset and a wonderful evening and dinner together in the comfortable dining booths.
