Apartment completely renovated in the historic district of Annecy. It consists of an upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with a double bed also. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it has been rated 3 stars. The kitchen is equipped fully with dishwasher, washing machine and multifunction oven. It is on the 4th and last floor of the building. You can admire the castle of the bearing and enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the bedroom window. Its location allows you to enjoy all the benefits of the city without using your car. The station is 5 minutes walk and you are 100 meters from the lake. All shops and the market (Sunday, Tuesday and Friday) are at the foot of the building. The apartment is equipped with an internet connection in WiFi and it is rented with a private parking space (maximum vehicle height: 200 cm and maximum width 190 cm). If your vehicle is most imposing you also have the option to park in public places inside the park (free). Linen is included in the price (bed and bath towels).
All charges are included (water and electricity included) in the rent
For the household you have the opportunity to do it yourself if there is a package for 40 €.
A security deposit of 300 € against possible damages will be asked on the day of your arrival and will be returned to you the day of your departure.
The deposit can be paid cash (cash) or through a check that is not cashed.

très bon séjour

Le logement est très agréable et lumineux., et correspond à l'annonce en tout point. Le propriétaire est très serviable. Juste dommage de ne pas avoir pu obtenir une couverture supplémentaire.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre semaine à Annecy dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans la rue piétonne des magasins,du marché et des bar restaurants . A même pas 10min à pied du lac , idéal pour se balader et faire les activités proposées, a moins de 5min de la piste cyclable qui fait le tour du lac. L appartement est fonctionnel, la cuisine bien équipée, la literie confortable . Le soucis c est la chaleur pour dormir, l appartement étant au 4e et dernier étage (préparez vos cuisses :) ) donc sous les toits il fait très chaud , les ventilateurs aident un peu mais un peu dur de s endormir La place de parking a moins de 10min a pied est également appréciable mais la côte pour y arriver est bien raide Je recommande totalement cet appartement où nous avons passé une très bonne semaine

Über den Dächern von Annecy

Hübsche, kleine, offene Wohnung unter der Dachschräge (4. Etage, für Personen, die nicht gut zu Fuss sind, weniger geeignet). Küche und sanitäre Anlage zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wlan funktioniert tadellos. Lage hervorragend mitten in der Altstadt. Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert.
