Belle situation de l’appartement

Nous sommes tombés sur la semaine de tempête de neige et ça a été dépaysant ! La station a pu réouvrir et nous en avions bien profité. Logement bien placé

sur l'annonce il est indiqué que les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. La propriétaire dis que non. La propriétaire me dit que des draps sont en location au magasin d'a côté et qu'il faut que je paye. Soi disant sur son application il est noté que les draps sont fournis en locations FAUX!!! De plus je paye à abritel, la propriétaire annule ma réservation pour passer directement avec elle. Abritel m'encaisse la 1ère partie, je paye directement la totalité à la propriétaire, et aujourd'hui elle me dit que c'est à moi d'annuler pour me faire rembourser. Ce qui est faut c'est à elle de le faire... Je n'ai pas pu payer les draps au monsieur puisque apparemment celui -ci est moniteur de ski et était déjà sur les pistes lorsque je suis partie. Après ma communciation au téléphone de ce jour avec la propriétaire pour me faire rembourser le 1er virement, elle me rappelle que j'ai pas payer les draps comme si j'étais une voleuse ; je n'ai même pas le temps de lui dire que le mr m'avait dit qu'on verrait ça après, qu'elle me raccroche au nez. Elle veut bien louer son appartement mais il faut courir après son argent, et se faire envoyer balader. Logement déconseillé, vu l'amabilité de la propriétaire.
