Logement bien équipé
Escaliers en métal raid menant vers le logement + escaliers à pic vers les chambres (RC et 2e etage), pouvant être dangereux pour enfants ou personne âgée
Pièce à vivre au 1er étage
2 Cautions demandées à l'entrée
Le ménage était limite : beaucoup de poussières sous les lits et dans les coins.
Très mauvaise surprise: il faut payer en supplément l'intégralité de l'électricité, et non uniquement le chauffage comme indiqué sur l'annonce
La concierge était très réactive et a rapidement changé la lampe qui ne fonctionnait plus

Séjour réalisé en été. Manifique vue sur le lac de matemale, necesite de prendre la voiture ou vélo pour les courses.
