About this property

We are pleased to present our recently completed Gîte.

This cottage is located in the heart of the Cathar country, on the wine route,
50 km from the sea and 1.5 hours from the ski slopes. Charming house
stone village, with exposed rocks located under the castle
Medieval Padern, near the castles of Queribus,
Aguillard and Peyrepertuse. The first men of Europe
await you at the Tautavel Museum.
Many activities are offered, such as swimming in
river, hiking, paragliding, quad biking and 6 km
discovery of the village of Cucugnan with its Mill.
The house - fully renovated and air conditioned - can accommodate
7 people maximum and includes on two levels:
Ground floor:
- a kitchen
- a living room with wood stove and sofa bed
- a dining room
- one bedroom (1 double bed)
- a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower in the
rocks and heated floor
- an independent WC
Floor:
- a small games room with access to the terrace
- a large bedroom (1 double bed)
- a bedroom (2 beds of 90)
- an independent WC
- a terrace with barbecue

lieu insolite , propre , accés facile, propriétaires sympa et agréables

La location se situait au centre de toutes nos activités. Nous avons visité le chateau de Queribus, le chateau de Peyrepertuse, les Gorges de Galamus avec l' Hermitage, les gorges de Gouleyrous et les Gorges du Verdouble ou nous nous sommes baignées, ce sont tous des lieux magnifiques. Nous avons vu le moulin d'Omer et gouter les délicieux pains et biscuits de la boulangerie, ainsi que déjeuner dans 2 restaurants de Cucugnan.

Beau séjour

Un séjour placé sous le signe de la convivialité. Des propriétaires accueillants et réactifs. Le logement est agréable malgré la canicule ☀️ merci la clim.... Un peu éloigné des commodités mais en allant vers les stations balnéaires on s'organise pour le ravitaillement Merci pour votre accueil et bonne continuation. A découvrir 😊

Une bel endroit sous les châteaux cathares

Belle adresse pour découvrir les châteaux cathares, les domaines viticoles et les petits coins de baignade. Nous avons passé une belle semaine. La maison est confortable avec de nombreux équipements. Le côté atypique de la roche rend l'endroit dépaysant. on se prend à rêver d une fenêtre sur la nature depuis la douche. Nous avons un seul regret, la terrasse ne laisse pas de place au farniente, mais nous avons trouvé chaque soir un lieu pour nous délasser à proximité du Verdouble. Très belle découverte.
