About this property

At the heart of the Pays de Bray, Christine and Gontran welcome you in a privileged area in the center of Forges les Eaux.

You will find a cottage 3 ears label "Gîtes de France", independent brick house for 4 to 5 people, dressed in Virginia creeper, completely renovated, quiet in a park of 2500 m² with views of the countryside (The cottage is in the park, it is not visible from the street).

On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, flat screen TV, free WIFI internet).

1st floor, nice comfortable room for 2 persons, 140 bed, spacious bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.

On the 2nd floor, a nice tray in room with exposed beams, equipped with a bed 2 people + 160 1 single bed 90.

Our house has the advantage of being both:

- Forges in the city center close to the waters of all the shops.
- Calm in a privileged setting with views of the countryside.
- Totally independent.
- With free WIFI internet and flat screen TV.

It is located just steps from the green avenue that links Paris to London, equestrian center, indoor pool, tennis, cinema, museums, lakes, ponds, forest and Casino Forges les Eaux and its many activities including SPA care center Forges Hotel, paddle boats, games ...

The animals are accepted under conditions.

Expérience très concluante

Un havre de tranquillité, petite maison parfaite pour une sorte de retraite - spirituelle ou de simple repos - , à ptoximite (50 kms) de la mer, de Rouen, de Gerberoi, de la forêt de Lyons, des propriétaires charmants, - un très bon souvenir.

Verborgen klein paradijsje

Na een fijne ontvangst volgden een steeds betere kennismaking met de eigenaars. Twee fijne warme mensen. De grote tuin was prettig om in te vertoeven en de omgeving was makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto. Een plek om weer naar terug te gaan.
