About Sarah Marino
We love Seneca Lake. Kayaking on the lake is fabulous. The screened porch protects you from the weather and makes you feel like you are actually on the dock. Waking up to the water is the best part.

Why Sarah Marino chose Penn Yan
We love Seneca Lake, every day the lake changes and is beautiful. Just waking up to the lake is a site. Very quiet.

We had a great weekend right on lake Seneca. It was a beautiful setting and a cute house.
What an incredible house, with an amazing view.
We are excited to stay at this perfect cottage again!
Quaint little slice of Seneca lake
My husbands family and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were easy to communicate with and their house and property was very clean. We loved having slow mornings out on the screened in porch with our coffee, hanging out on the dock in the afternoon, and we even got to try out the 3 kayaks.
The neighbors are relatively close by but we honestly didn’t hear or see anyone the whole time we were there. It was very quiet and peaceful. Having cornhole was a nice touch and the people we met in the town of penn yan were very friendly and welcoming.
The only thing we’d recommend is updated mattresses and instructions on how to use the dishwasher. Thanks for the accommodations!
Stayed at Penn Yan for a girls weekend trip and could not have been happier about 1) the place; 2) the location; and 3) the owners. The house had everything we needed for the weekend and the owners were beyond helpful with any questions we had. Between the lanai; the fire pit and the dock you won't even need to be inside. Thanks for a great weekend Sarah and James!
We had a wonderful time at cozy lakefront property. The neighbors were very friendly. The house is very clean and decorated super cute. We had a power outage the first night we arrived due to the high winds and storms. The neighbor came over to tell us when the power would be back on and and provided flashlights for us. The owners also called to see if we needed anything, which was really very nice of them. I would highly recommend this place if you are considering staying at Seneca Lake. Perfect for a relaxing time with beautiful scenery and friendly neighbors. Five Stars.
Very clean, well stocked and perfectly located
We were 3 couples for a getaway. We had a wonderful time. This home offered everything we needed and were looking for for.
