Gros louper!

A notre arrivée devant les chalet après 10 heures de vol et sous 35 °,on nous apprend qu'un problème de planning se pose. En effet nous avons réservé au mois de mai 2019 et apparemment c' était trop tôt .... Avec un mail envoyer pour ainsi dire la veille pour nous prévenir nous sommes retrouver dans une chambre dans une demi maison, sans cuisine .... Nous avons eu droit à de plates excuses !!!!! Cependant étant obliger d’écourter notre séjour (car corrona virus et confinement en France )nous avons été contacter par la gestionnaire des chalets anse réunion pour un remboursement des nuitées non consommer.... Malgré nos mésaventures nous constatons que nous avons affaire a des gens honnêtes et de bonne fois. Laissons leur une chance de se rattraper lors de notre future voyage sur la digue..... cordialement
