Cottage for 8 people, located 30 km from Le Mans, 25 km from Sablé sur Sarthe, we are 4 km from Loué.
You can enjoy the countryside while being close to Le Mans with its iconic car racing.
You will discover our little cities of characters such as: Sainte Suzanne, Brûlon, Asnières sur Vègre, Parcé sur Sarthe.
The cottage consists of a living room of 40 m² with beams and stones, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Wonderful quiet stay

We chose this house for location. It is very quiet. But also drivable to the coast, and also the chateaus in the Loire valley. Would recommend highly.

Perfect in every way - recommended for the 24 hours of Le Mans

The house was great, the owners were great hosts, gave us homemade jelly, apple juice and pate and invited us for cocktails at their house. This house is also in the perfect location for the24 hours of Le Mans. We ran in morning along the country roads, visited beautiful small towns and ate like kings and queens. Absolutely recommend this house

Great accommodation. 4 Chaps each had a bedroom and shower each. Glorious quiet location. Friendly owner. 35 mins for the circuit. Loads of room both inside and out.

Un acceuil très chaleureux dans un gite agréable ou tout est bien pensé dans un lieu reposant.

Le gite est parfait pour 8 personnes, les chambres et salles de bains répondent aux exigences des visiteurs, la cuisine bien équipée donne sur une salle commune claire et vaste. Le gite est bien chauffé, et très propre. Les hôtes sont charmants et disponibles. Nous recommandons le diner à la table d'hôtes : bon repas dans un cadre agréable et excellente ambiance. Nous conseillons vivement ce gite.
