EVERY 4TH NIGHT 1/2 PRICE! Located directly across from East Harbor State Park and beaches. Two upper level condo-style suites newly renovated in 2021 & two lower level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2019. THIS UNIT IS AN UPPER LEVEL UNIT (UNIT A). Each unit sleeps 8 with 2 bdrm 2 full bath unit, and free dockage (up to 35' boat). Upper units have a large screened-in deck and lower units have concrete patios and a grass lawn overlooking beautiful West Harbor. Setting is on a quiet marina surrounded by friendly and safe neighborhoods and close proximity to restaurants. Great for families, friends and fishing groups. Fishing charters also available 1/2 mile down the road! Lower level units are handicap accessible. Washer/dryer available in all the units. We also have Boondocks outdoor waterfront poolside bar area that is a low-key setting with live music Friday thru Sunday every weekend (weather permitting). Annually, on the 2nd Saturday of September (after Labor Day), we host a "Harbor Bash" for the marina and surrounding neighborhoods with live bands 12pm-11pm. Perfect place to get away

We came to view the eclipse and had a wonderful time in the area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the three season porch was the perfect place for meals, games, and watching the boats come and go. There is a bar downstairs but it was closed, so not sure how much noise that would be. Bree was helpful and very responsive when needed.

It was honestly perfect.

I only have great things to say. Quiet, extremely clean, peaceful and everything I was looking for in our mini vacation. Loved the bar and pool downstairs and their pizza is amazing. Not to mention check in and check out was a breeze. We were just talking about how we would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

Weekend getaway

This is our second time staying on this property! The owners are so kind and accessible. The property is very clean and comfortable with great views of the marinas and small bays. It’s close to all the lake islands and beaches abs easy to get to Put In Bay for a day. The Boon Docks bar always have live entertainment and the pool is heated and super clean!! We will continue to stay here every year!

Very Nice

This property was very nice. It was clean, and perfect for our group. We needed a handicap accessible place and it worked out great. Our hosts were attentive and very helpful when we had dead car battery. We were there off season so did not use the pool, but it looked great. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly. The location is great with lots to do in the area. Highly recommend!

We are a husband and wife team, ages 49 & 48, who have lived in the area for 29 years and 48 years respectively. We have been in the marina business for 29+ years and the construction/development business for the past 18 years. We have built and sold (2) high-end condominium developments and are now updating this marina and these beautiful waterfront rental units.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this marina in April 2012 and are working feverishly to make it one of the nicest marinas in our area. We feel that this location is one of the best in our area given its proximity to East Harbor State Park, West Harbor channels, the Lake Erie Islands & Peninsulas, Cedar Point and the many shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Our condo rentals have a beautiful panoramic view of West Harbor and all of its boating activity. In addition, we offer a boat dock during your rental period at no extra cost. We have also added a low-key outdoor bar area overlooking our marina and public harbor. There may be occasional low-key live entertainment as part of this setting. We also have a "Harbor Bash" that is a large neighborhood parking lot party with live bands on the 2nd Saturday in September. Please call with any questions prior to making your reservation.
