The apartment was really big and clean, big advantage is big terrace. The location was also perfect, the beach was in 5 min walk. We would come back there!
Lovely stay in Calpe
Lovely properly, ideally situated very close to the beach and amenities. Spacious, clean and worked really well for us, staying with a toddler who likes to run around. Alicia was very quick and helpful in her communication. Getting in and checking out were straightforward. Would highly recommend this properly, especially for families.
Very nice guests and we would like to welcome them again in the future.
Mis-sold in Calp
Initial impression of property was good. However on further inspection, this was not a recently furniture apartment, Main bed was a sheet of MDF on posts with a mattress on top. Air conditioning not working! Very noisy neighbourhood, bins emptied 4.30 every morning and teenagers shouting on beach until early hours. Wireless not working and when we called owner for assistance, took three days and were told to use community room. Apartment faces another apartment block with only a small view of the sea through a gap with other apartment block, Arrival information was very poor, apartment block name missing (Mesana) and incorrect block number provided (16 not 18). Should have been told not to attempt to park car in garage until gained access to apartment. Concierge nowhere to be found to assist. Otherwise Calp and Beach superb!
Once again Calpe visit
Our third 4-weeks stay in the Mesana building and once again we were very satisfied to find a clean and proper apartment. Effective description to pick up the keyes and in general super service from Alicia and Jose when needed. Apartment well equipt and not to forget close to Fossa Beach. Looking foreward to next time Calpe

In Calpe you can buy every Saturday morning on the 'mercado': fruits, vegetables, flowers, dresses, all at the best price. The Jalon Valley vineyards & the interesting town of Benissa are easily reached. Altea,Javea and Denia are within 10-20 minutes drive. Denia has a port where ferry’s can take you to FormenteraIbiza and Majorca. The property is a five minute stroll along the beach to Calpe where you will find numerous bars and restaurants and a weekly street market within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a large main sandy beach as well as several quieter beaches, a fishing port and an old marina.

What makes this Apartment unique
New -25meters to the Sandy beach, big pool with beautiful sea views. Really you don´t need to get a car to reach the port, town, shops, restaurants ... All is near the apartment.
