Appartement neuf , matériaux de qualité, trés propre, pas de nuisances de voisinage

Cet appartement est situé dans une résidence de haut standing, il est soigneusement maintenu par Philippe, qui se soucie régulièrement de savoir si tout va bien. Il est à 10 min. à pieds de l'hôpital et à 15 min. du centre de la X Rousse. La rue est peu passante, et les infrastructures et équipements de qualité. Le garage est un plus dans une zone où le parking est problématique. Merci Philippe et à une prochaine fois!
