Large half-timbered house and thatched roof built in a traditional way in the heart of the Orne, in the Normandy Maine Natural Park and close to the Ecouves Forest. Many historical and natural sites, many hiking trails in this country of breeding and stud farms.
200 kms from Paris, 1 hour from the landing beaches, 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel.

Delightful and Charming Cottage!!

arbre de paix dans l'Orne

Très belle chaumière Normande située dans un très grand parc arboré où nous avons pu réunir nos enfants et petits-enfants. Grandes pièces à vivre, des chambres bien équipées avec leur salle de bain. Très apprécié celle de la chambre et sa salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Petit déjeuner ou apéro sur la terrasse tout en profitant d'une vue très dégagée sur l'environnement. Cyclistes amateurs ou randonneurs peuvent à loisirs trouver leur bonheur. Nous avons pass une huitaine de jours fort agréable.

Séjour très agréable au calme

Superbe chaumière vaste à l'intérieur et avec beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur. Vue splendide très dégagée. La maison est bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut. S'il manque quelque chose, Marguerite et son mari vous l'apporte ! (nous voulions manger une raclette !!!) . les chambres sont bien aménagés et agréable. Les 2 salons bien agréables avec une cheminée prête à fonctionner. Nous avons aussi utilisé le barbecue (vrai barbecue avec du bois à profusion). On sent que Marguerite est à notre écoute pour que notre séjour se déroule de façon parfaite et … ce fut le cas :-) J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir.

Que de bons moments !...

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end dans cette belle demeure pleine de charme où nous avons tout apprécié : l'accueil sympathique de Marguerite et de son époux, les salons spacieux et confortables, les chambres toutes prêtes à nous recevoir, le nombre des salles de bain, la magnifique terrasse et sa vue époustouflante,... difficile de tout énumérer. La maison est très bien équipée pour 10 personnes. Et comme la météo a été clémente, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de ce que la maison et son environnement nous offraient. Un grand merci à nos hôtes.
