No noise in corridors. Remember that permanent residents live in the building. Be respectfull of the surrounding.
Dishes should be washed, refrigerator and cabinets must be empty, no food should be left in the apartment when you leave.

Cute and clean apartment with great location!
This apartment was the perfect home base for my husband and I as we explored the city. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Having the parking included was so convenient too! There was a pizza place, Irish pub, and grocery store all on the same block for easy food options and all the sites, attractions, and restaurants in Old Town were all within a 15 minute walk! Would highly recommend this place!
The Perfect Spot
We had a wonderful stay at Anne's. Situated in a nice area close to everything. It's a very short walk up to Old Quebec, Grocery store, Rue Saint Joseph, Rue Saint Jean.
Communicating with Anne was easy, check-in was a breeze, parking was a plus. Apartment was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the laundry option was nice to have.
Highly recommended place to stay when in Quebec City.
Excellent Location & Atmosphere
Great location and good for walking to all the attractions in Old Quebec City. The appt. had everything that you need for a enjoyable stay in QC. We never had to use our vehicle. Could not be easier for check in and walking distance to area attractions. Great pizza in neighbourhood as well
Cozy and Convenient
It's such a cozy and comfortable place! It had everything we needed and all in a great and convenient location! I felt like it gave a great home-base atmosphere for all our day trips. It was a beautiful walkable (or bus ride-able) distance away from my conference and anything else we wanted.
(Prepare yourself for walking some major hills if you've never been to the Old City before - we were surprised and our bodies let us know. But the apartment made for a relaxing recuperation location.) And the views were great! Loved this place!
Anne was just a text message away and so wonderful to deal with. Really can't say enough good things about her and her property.
Lovely apartment near Old Town Quebec
One floor walk up to a nice apartment with a view across the street to a small Park. Walking distance to Old Town, though it is up some significant sloped streets to get there. Great restaurants on Rue Saint Paul without climbing up to the historic area. All in all a nice place to stay.
