Little piece of heaven

Bely is the best and we really enjoyed meeting her and staying in her apartment We had to leave two days early because I travel standby with Delta airlines and flights were filling up, so we left early. We cleaned up apartment and left her a thank you note.

Convenient small apartment w/great access to transit

We were very happy with our stay. Nice view of the sea. Keep in mind that the promenade has a steady flow of traffic well into the night. But with a bus stop right out front and a tram just 1 block away you can easily explore anywhere.

Perfect apartment, great location on the Promenade des Anglais.

My wife and I looked for a small comfortable apartment with a great vue and easy access to the water. This was just what we were hoping for.

Fabulous view in a roomy comfortable apartment!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The sunrise and sunsets overlooking the Mediterranean from the balcony were wonderful. The apartment contained everything we needed. Nice having a full kitchen and a washing machine. Elevator to the third floor. Comfortable beds. Isabelle is a great host. She even picked us up at the train station when our train was delayed two hours. Easy to communicate. Highly recommend for your Nice stay. Also bus stop in front of building and tram one block away!

Expectations certainly met!

A great place to stay, with Mediterranean directly in front of you. Well furnished, with comfortable beds. All of the necessary conveniences are available (including that unique elevator). Just a block to the tram and the bus drops you off directly in front of the apartment. (we bought the week-long transit pass at the airport and were able to travel throughout the city and to both Monaco and Antibes.) We would certainly book again.
