Our charming village house, in the heart of the pedestrian area of Mouans-Sartoux extends over 3/4 levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a storage room to store your shoes, coats, etc ..., toilets, and a room with a double sofa bed as well as an integrated wardrobe. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor is the living room with the fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, gas hob and all the dishes). There is a sitting area, the dining table (which can fold) and the TV.
On the second floor there is bedroom n ° 1, with a double bed (140x200), cupboards, a small desk with computer available (WiFi). There is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. Under the roof is the bedroom n ° 2, with two beds 90x190 as well as shelves.
The house is ideally located for doing everything on foot: restaurants, castle park, village squares, cinema (a small supermarket), caterer, ice cream parlor, local biscuit factory :-). In less than 3 minutes, you are there. Mouans Sartoux is a very lively village, with lots of entertainment in summer (open-air shows, dancing on the square, theater, festivals ....). The Tuesday and Thursday market is accessible in 1.5 minutes.
Opposite the front door is a small common lounge, handcrafted on pallets. It is good to have an aperitif there, talk with neighbors or passers-by. Our street is very welcoming, with edibles to share.
You will walk 5 minutes to the station, from where trains (at least every hour) leave for Cannes (15 min), Nice (1h), Monaco (1h20), Ventimille (2h) as well as Grasse (10 min ) capital of perfumes.
Other magnificent tourist sites are a short drive away: Valbonne, Gourdon, Juan le Pins, Antibes, the Lérins Islands, St Tropez, Estérel, Isola 2000 and Auron ....
The other children's attractions nearby are Marineland, Antibes Land, Pitchoun Forest, various Accro-Branches and of course the beaches on the coast!
