About this property

Our house, which faces south, is equipped with a pleasant swimming pool, all on a fenced plot of 1000 m2. It has 4 bedrooms, a master suite with double bed, 2 other bedrooms with double bed and 1 children's bedroom with single bed.

2 bathrooms are available (one with bath and double sink and one with shower and sink).
The living room of about 55m² opens onto the kitchen and opens onto the terrace fitted with blinds.

10 mins from the Castellet circuit, from the medieval village of Le Castellet.

Superbe villa

Très belle villa spacieuse et hyper moderne. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour vivre dedans et passer un séjour agréable. La piscine chauffée était au top, surtout avec des enfants en bas âge (minimum 1 an et maximum 2 ans). Les diverses installations (comme le trampoline) étaient vraiment un plus. Le seul bémol, c’est le fait qu’il n’y a pas de clim, elle nous a bien manqué avec les fortes chaleurs mais cela n’a pas empêché de passer de très belles vacances dans cette maison. Pour les hôtes, ils étaient agréables, ouverts à la discussion et ils nous ont donné plusieurs conseils sur des endroits sympas aux alentours. Nous recommandons à 100% cette villa.

Erholsame Tage in einem ansprechenden und komfortablen Haus

4 Erwachsene und ein Hund haben dieses schön gestaltete Haus mit großem Garten und Pool sehr genossen. Check-in und check-out verliefen herzlich und unkompliziert. Die große komfortable Küche bietet jeden wünschenswerten Komfort. Beispiel: ergänzend zum hochwertigen Kaffeevollautomaten gibt‘s in einer Kammer noch eine Espressomaschine und eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee. Ein 3-flammiger Gasgrill steht auf der Terrasse und zusätzlich ein Holzofengrill in einem Vorratsraum. Unterkunft: prima! Alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll und funktionell gestaltet. Lage: im Wohngebiet mit schönem Blick auf die nahen Berge. Fahrt nach Cassis oder La Ciotat in angenehmen 20 Minuten. Le Castellet bietet ein lohnenswertes Ausflugsziel.
