Welcome to Le Petit Chalet! Located in a quiet, residential Incline Village neighborhood, you are only minutes away from world class skiing (Diamond Peak 10 minutes, Northstar 25 minutes, and Heavenly 40 minutes), hiking trails with breathtaking lake views (5 minute walk to trail head), restaurants, bars and casino (the Village is 7 minutes away), and famous Lake Tahoe (14 minutes away to Incline Village beach).
Sleeps six comfortably with a master suite upstairs and two rooms downstairs with direct access to the deck. Please note, for your comfort and safety, the home has a strict limit of six people.

There is a Pack n’ Play available for babies.
There is an adjustable standing desk in one of the bedrooms downstairs.
Enjoy hot chocolate while reading by the fireplace in the living room, or a glass of wine out on the deck while listening to the fresh mountain breeze blow through the trees. Or perhaps indulge in one of the many movies from the collection on the big screen in the loft, binge your favorite series with one of the streaming services on AppleTV, or get some family time in with board games and puzzles. When you are ready to go out, you're only a 7 minute drive to fantastic meals, sports bars, casinos, and late night fun, or grill on the beach.
Our cabin welcomes one well-behaved pet with an additional non-refundable deposit ($100/pet/stay).
Families with young children welcome. However, please note that the cabin features a steep, narrow staircase and children should not be left unattended or left climbing up and down the stairs without supervision. Additionally, the cabin has a loft area and we also recommend adult supervision of the space so children stay safe at all times.
Also worth noting is the cabin is located at an elevation of almost 8000'.

This home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Upper Tyner in Incline Village. Just a 10 minute hike takes you to a view of the lake, but a 7 minute drive to the bottom of the hill takes you to Starbucks (or Drink Coffee Do Stuff for the local taste), and the restaurants, bars, and stores of Incline.
Uber and Lyft have become scarce during the pandemic. Taxis are generally reliable though. The Tahoe bus system, TART, also serves Incline and can get you almost anywhere in the Tahoe area.
Tub in the master: the jets do NOT work. Tub can filled and be used as a soaking tub but not as a jacuzzi/hot tub. We have tried to fix it over the past two years but they don’t make the broken piece anymore.
Well behaved pets are allowed at $100 per pet, per stay.
We are proud to be dog friendly. In order to keep it that way, we do need everyone to respect a few rules.
There is a dog bed, 2 bowls, towels, and waste bags in the closet of the downstairs bedroom (right hand side).
Dogs must not be left inside the house unattended unless the dog is crated (no crates provided, must bring your own).
Please wipe your dogs’ paws with the towels provided in the dog care kit prior to entering the cabin.
Our neighborhood is very dog friendly, perfect for long walks. Please pick up dog waste along the way. We provide waste bags if needed.
Our property is not fenced. You must keep an eye on your dog when outside at all times.
The pet deposit does not cover paw prints, pee stains, etc. on the carpet / floors. Cost to remove those will be charged to the guests post check-out via a payment request on Airbnb. (A carpet cleaning company will be hired, and a receipt will be provided).

Our property is not fenced. You must keep an eye on your dog when outside at all times. In addition, there are coyotes in the area that WILL attack pets, especially smaller dogs. NEVER leave your pet outside unattended.
Non refundable pet deposit: $100/ pet/ stay (1 dog max or more pending owner’s approval). This does not cover paw prints or pee stains on the carpet/ floors. Cost to remove those will be held from security deposit. (Amount will vary based on severity. A carpet cleaning company will be hired and a receipt will be provided to you).
****Snow and inclement weather are part of the mountain environment between October and April. You should plan accordingly with an AWD/4WD vehicle (Strongly recommended) or at the very least chains. If on the day of check-in the house is inaccessible due to road closures going into the Tahoe Basin between 10:00am and 10:00pm the stay can be shortened/cancelled for a partial/full refund. Rescheduling is also an option.
If on the day of check-out road closures prevent leaving the Tahoe Basin, a discounted “snow emergency rate” will be offered. However, this is dependent on availability.
In the winter, the steps from the street to our home are shoveled and treated. However, they can still be icy and slippery.
