About this property

New, independent, comfortable, 25 m² pied à terre with terrace and parking space on private land. The accommodation is on the grounds of our family home. In the heart of the village of Villefranche de Lauragais and quiet. You benefit from an immediate proximity to all amenities on foot. Professional stays or family vacations come and feel at home and discover the Lauragais!

The contemporary decor accommodation is made up of:
- a living room: Bay window on private terrace, fully equipped fitted kitchen (oven / grill, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, storage, toaster, vitro hob, host ...), coffee machine with pods, dining area with piano, lounge area with BZ (convertible into bed, Bultex comfort + mattress) TV, bluetooth sound tower and radio, closet with wardrobe (ironing equipment).
- a separate toilet
- a small separate bedroom: a double bed 140 comfort mattresses, cupboard, TV. Cot, mattress pad and fitted sheet in the closet.
- a bathroom: opening onto the bedroom, large walk-in shower, vanity unit, washing machine, towel dryer.
- The 12m² terrace with garden furniture, parasol, flower boxes, 2 sun loungers + mattress

The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. All household linen is provided. We pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the accommodation. All textiles are renewed with each rental including the top of the BZ. You will find basic supplies on site: main bathroom, maintenance, kitchen products, coffee pods and other hot drinks, ...

The accommodation is independent and has no common areas. It is on the grounds of our family home. the 2 accommodations are separate and with very little or no opposite.

durchaus zu empfehlende Unterkunft!

Sowohl mit der Ferienwohnung als auch mit der Gastfreundschaft von Frau M. Zanata sind wir vollauf zufrieden gewesen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
