About this property

Beautiful 3 BR 3 BA house with office, loft area, with private pool and spa. House is located in exclusive Pelican Marsh - close to beach and great shopping! The office and loft both have sofa beds to accommodate extra guest you may have during your stay. Pelican Marsh boast beautiful golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts and community center with classes and state of art work out facilities. Unlike many owners, we live in the neighborhood so we are very responsive to our guests.

There is a 90 day minimum requirement from November - March (during season). April -October there is a 60 day minimum requirement.

We live in Pelican Marsh, just a couple blocks from the property. We are available if there are any issues! We have lived in Pelican Marsh for over 20 years and absolutely love our neighborhood and neighbors!

Why they chose this property

Everything is close and convenient. We have golf, tennis, bocce and pickleball. The community center has a great workout room, classes, and various activities to include cards, bible study, games, crafts etc. There is a great restaurant on site and Pelican Marsh is conveniently located to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
