About this property

The park dacha is a chalet-style house, built at the beginning of the century and restored in 2018.
The facade and the roof are classified. The exterior has remained in its prime, The interior has been refurbished to offer you a cozy and cozy cocoon.
Composition of the cocoon:
- A fitted kitchen with dishwasher
- A living room with sofa and relax armchairs
- A television.
- A bedroom with small dressing room and 160x200 bed
- A bedroom with 3 bunk beds in 90x190
- An office bedroom with a sofa bed in 120x190
The bedding is of good quality, the sheets are provided, the beds are made upon your arrival.
- A bathroom with shower and WC.
Towels are provided
- A second WC for more comfort
- Tiled floor with underfloor heating
- A balcony with a view of the Vosges mountains.
- A washer-dryer allows you to reduce the size of your suitcase.

The cottage is designed for 5 people but can occasionally accommodate up to 7 people.

The living area is on the first floor, on the ground floor, a small room will allow you to store strollers, skis, bikes, or other bulky items.

Restaurants, supermarket, train station, swimming pool, media library are within walking distance from the Datcha.

During the school holidays, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, or at least 3 consecutive nights between 2 Saturdays.

The perfect accommodation for exploring the area

We, family with 2 kids (8 & 10), were aiming for an active holiday where we could do some hikes, explore the area and visit some of the interesting sites. Our stay at La Datch du parc made that possible for us. The house offers everything we needed, was nicely decorated, and made us feel at home after returning from a day out. The location is good. It’s near a store, some restaurants, a pool and a nice parc. I can highly recommend it and I’d like to thank the owners for allowing us to stay. Five stars!

Une perle d'authenticité vosgienne

Un authentique chalet classé au charme fou, dans un véritable parc paysager. Intérieur entièrement rénové avec classe, idéalement situé au pied du massif de la montagne et la vallée du Rhin pas trop loin. Un super séjour couronné par l'accueil chaleureux de Thomas.

Agréable séjour.

Tout s’est très bien passé. Malgré les restrictions sanitaires Olga et Thomas ont su nous accueillir dans de bonnes circonstances. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.

Top-Wohnung: hochwertige moderne Ausstattung, tolle Lage, super Gastgeber

Wir (4 Erwachsene) waren die 3. Gäste dieser gerade vor kurzem fertiggestellten Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet: den modernen Stil, kombiniert mit alten Holzelementen fanden wir sehr gelungen und geschmackvoll. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist sehr gut: besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnbereich offen gestaltet, wodurch eine großzügige und offene und kommunikative Atmosphäre geschaffen wird. Dass es neben dem Badezimmer noch eine zweite Toilette gibt ist auch sehr praktisch. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. WLAN soll in Kürze auch zur Verfügung stehen, aber der mobile Internetempfang war auch sehr gut. Der Balkon ist sicherlich toll zu nutzen, wenn dann im Frühjahr/Sommer das Wetter entsprechend ist. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Park gelegen und ruhig. Von Husseren-Wesserling kann man gut Tagesausflüge in die Südvogesen unternehmen, wir waren z.B. auf den Grand Ballon, Hartmannswillerkopf und Le Markstein wandern. Die Organisation und Kommunikation mit Thomas und Olga ARNOLD hat hervorragend geklappt. Thomas ARNOLD hat uns empfangen, war sehr gastfreundlich und hat alles gut erklärt. Da die Wohnung noch neu ist, war er auch sehr daran interessiert, wo es ggf. noch Optimierungsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und vielleicht kommen wir ja auch wieder. Es gibt noch viel zu entdecken in der Region.
