About this property

Individual house of 2011 and 120 m2.
Open shelter of 28 m2
Private pool measuring 5 meters by 9 meters, 1.5 meters deep and heated from mid-April to the end of September.
A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher.
A cellar with washing machine and dryer.
Located in Sainte Hélène (56700), a small oyster commune on the banks of the Ria d'Etel.
The house is located 300 meters from the village (2 restaurant, 2 bars, 1 tobacco / press / games, 1 bakery / grocery store. A large area 5 minutes by car.
The beaches of Plouhinec 10 minutes by car.
For now there are not too many photos because we currently live in this house which will only be available for rental in mid-June 2019.

Logement très agréable, bien équipé, très propre, et la piscine est très appréciable ! Nous avons passé un excellent weekend entre amies. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont très accueillants et aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement !

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour malgré un temps maussade la première semaine. La piscine chauffée a permis a mon fils de se baigner quasiment tout le temps ce qui a été très appréciable. Propriétaires joignables très facilement.
