Welcome to our former farm stable of 250m2 rehabilitated, in the Cognac vineyards, 15 km from Cognac, will offer you all the comfort to relax thanks to its jacuzzi 5 places, heated pool, barbecue, large area pelousée 700 m2 with terrace and games for children (trampoline, swing, table tennis) .The farm includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a large living room of 100 m2; enjoy also its summer patio of 65m2.
