Superb coastal location property with two bedrooms overlooking the countryside.
Why S. Jones chose Pennard
I was brought up on the Gower Coast and after studying and working for 15 years in Bristol, I returned home. I fell in love with this property and the most amazing sea views from the front of the main house with rolling countryside views from the back! I feel very fortunate to be able to live somewhere so beautiful with the sea as my neighbour. Home is where the heart is!
What makes this House unique
The location is the first reason why the property is unique and secondly its tranquillity. The holiday let has been recently built to a high specification. It will feel like home from home for comfort and style.

Delightful property near coast with stunning views
1st time visiting the Gower & a great base to explore the area. Lovely property with everything you could need or require with host providing a list of places not to miss.
It was great to meet you both and we are so glad you enjoyed your break on the Gower. We hope to welcome you back again in the future. Thank you for your lovely review.
Wonderful location and property
A truly wonderful location out the door and walk with the most stunning scenery made all the better by storm Dennis. Wonderful property with great attention to detail and absolutely delightful owners who were so caring and concerned for our arrival and comfort from start to finish. Well done.
It was a pleasure hosting you all for your half term break. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope we see you again in the future. Thank you for the lovely review.
Cosy nook away from the blustery winds and rain!
We arrived on a blustery and rainy evening to Devon View and were met by Chris, who showed us where everything was. The property was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Woke each morning to the beautiful view across the fields at the back and to the sea at the front - sometimes misty! Sharon was very helpful and friendly, before and during our visit. A lovely warm, quiet place to return to every evening. My mother and I were spending our annual week in the Gower. We had stayed in Pennard before but this is the first time we had stayed at Devon View. We were very happy and hope to return next year. Highly recommended.
Thank you for the lovely review of our holiday let. We hope to see you again next year.
Weekend in the gower
We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful place. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and Sharon is a very helpful host.
Thank you for your kind review. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
The local area is surrounded by beautiful golden beaches which includes Three Cliffs Pobbles, Hunts and Pwll Du. These are a short walk along the cliff from Devon View. There is a local shop and two coffee shops that serve delicious home food which are located in the heart of the village approximately 15 minutes walk away along the coastal road. There is a nearby club which you can walk to which is open to non members which serves meals and drinks and if you like golf, Pennard Golf Club is located on the way into the village of Southgate. A short drive away you can visit the pretty seaside resort of Mumbles with its famous Joes Icecream Parlour, local bars and cafes and chic fashion boutiques. There are local parks for the children and historic castles to explore such as Oystermouth Castle. A short walk from Mumbles are Langland and Caswell Bay. Here you can surf on the sea and visit the beachside cafes for refreshments while you watch the world go by. About 15 minutes drive from the village of Southgate is Penmaen. Here you will find an Archery and Bird of Prey Centre. The Gower Heritage Centre is located a short drive away in Parkmill and is an ideal trip for families with young children. In the next village along from Southgate there are three public houses in Bishopston: The Joiners, The Valley and The Plough which all serve food. Here you will also find is a local Co-op with very reasonable priced groceries.
