Very nice air-conditioned apartment located on the ground floor, in a building of the municipality of Tiuccia composed of two bedrooms including a sea view, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, a nice living room with kitchen.

Un séjour parfait

En plus de sa localisation idéale, l appartement est parfaitement équipé et propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire a été très sympa et arrangeant. Merci.

Parfait !

Appartement très propre, climatisé, très fonctionnel et très bien situé. La plage à 1min est très bien. Plein d’autres belles plages à proximité. La proximité de commerces est un plus également.

Gut ausgestattet, super Verkehrslage

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank in der Einbauküche, Waschmaschine Elektro-Grill und Spüle in der Außenküche. Die Betten sind etwas schmal aber ok für uns und unserem Sohn Er hatte extra Schlafzimmer. Unsere Fähre hatte12 Stunden Verspätung, wir sind statt um 4 Uhr nachmittags, morgen um 4 Uhr angekommen, begrüßte der Vater vom Nicolas uns freundlich nach einem kurzen Telefonat. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in 30-60 Minuten per Auto erreichbar, netter kleiner Strand zum Schnorcheln direkt fußläufig, andere super Sandstrände nur 2-5 Minuten per Auto entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Nettes Appartement in Tiuccia

wir sind am abend um 22.00 uhr von bastia mit dem eigenen auto angereist. nikolas spricht gut englisch und hat uns in tiuccia bei der tankstelle erwartet und dann zum mehrparteienhaus geleitet. dort ist das appartement, das über eine stiege, die vom parkplatz aus zuerst in den kleinen garten geht und dann über die terasse in die räume führt. es hat ein großes wohnzimmer-küche, ein wc, eine dusche und zwei zimmer. die betten sind für unseren geschmack etwas zu wenig breit, so haben wir nicht in einem bett gemeinsam geschlafen sondern getrennt jeweils in den zimmern. die küche ist sehr gut mit geräten ausgestattet, es ist auch eine waschmaschine vorhanden. die wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut mit klimageräten ausgestattet. in tiuccia ist nicht besonders viel los, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir fast jeden tag mit dem auto auf der insel unterwegs waren. der Parkplatz ist nicht asphaltiert, wir hatten für unser auto (vw-bus) sehr viel platz und konnten direkt vor unserem aufgang parken. alles in allem war es für uns beide eine sehr zufriedenstellende unterkunft.
