Located in the center of old-town Tarifa on Calle Nuestra Senora de la Luz, small shops, Tarifas beaches, the port, trendy restaurants, tapas bars are all around the Rusticos. The Rusticos location is very central in the old town, Calle de la Luz is usually blocked for only pedestrian traffic.
The entry to the Rusticos is through an portico, stairway and hallways that have been decorated by Pepe Munoz, a recognized artist in Tarifa. His mosaics have been recognized by the Tarifa Town Hall.

Rustico C is in a very old apartment building, the Rustico was completely rebuilt/refurbished with a new floorplan, windows, kitchen and bathroom. The original steep staircase remains.
The large living room has a warm character due to the use of old tiles for the new floors, the living room pillars and kitchen table. Old carved wood recovered from the original roof structure is used for the kitchen detailing.
A large L shaped sofa in the living room can also sleep a sixth person in confort (although it is not a sofa-bed).
The sunny bathroom includes a shower with a short bathtub.
Rustico C is the upper most apartment in the building, with terraces outside the kitchen and upper bedroom.
The kitchen terrace looks over a small square and is sunny, the upper bedroom terrace has a wonderful view over Tarifa. The kitchen has a new four burner cooking stove and a new oven.
The upper bedroom is accsessed by a spiral staircase, and has two skylights, one over the bed with a sun-blocking curtain. The upper bedroom also includes a clothes hanging closet with hangers.
The upper terrace outside the upper bedroom has two loungechairs and fantastic views over the old town of Tarifa.
