About this property

After two years of work, our new cottage on the ground floor with independent access by external staircase.
Access to the house by digicode if absent when you arrive.
The cottage is composed at the entrance of a kitchen area dining room and living room with a surface of 40M2, two rooms of 14M2 with bed of180X200. One of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom with Italian shower and sink.
A second bathroom composed of a whirlpool bath, an Italian shower and washbasin .. An independent toilet is located next to the bathroom.
A free wifi connection is offered as well as the connection for the television
Deposit to deposit in cash on arrival 300 euros refunded upon departure after check-out.
Possibility to rent bed linen and linens on request.

Tourist tax to be paid on arrival at the arrival of 1 € / adult (12 years old) / night
Expenses to be paid upon arrival (water, electricity, heating) 15 € / day in summer and 25 € / day in winter.

Charming place, very spacious and clean. Area is quiet and beautiful. Short drive to nearby towns. We enjoyed being able to cook in a full kitchen and use the outdoor charcoal grill.

Our stay

We stayed a mid week and liked the appartement. It has enough room for a family of four and is newly renovated. The only thing we missed was a tea pot but that wasnot a big deal. Mrs Raphaël, the owner was very friendly.

Très bon séjour à Charneux

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter toute la région : nous y sommes restés 7 jours et avons fait 800km! Le logement est bien équipé et bien insonorisé. Le plus est la baignoire à bulles et aussi que chaque chambre a son coin toilette ( douche et évier).

Mooi verblijf

Op voorhand verliep de communicatie met de verhuurder goed, afspraken werden nagekomen. Bij aankomst werden we door de gastvrouw vriendelijk onthaald en wegwijs gemaakt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, er wordt ook in basisdingen voorzien. (Kruiden, folies, olie, koffie, ...) Deze accomodatie kunnen wij zeker aanraden.

Sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung in den Ardennen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr viel Platz in allen Räumen. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr netter Kontakt zur Besitzerin. Sehr zu empfehlen!!
