Great single family pool home with dockage situated on exclusive Yacht Harbor Island. This home offers a nice open floor plan with expansive views of Sadowski Causeway and Shelter Bay. Nice, large kitchen with bar seating as well as a full dining table. This home is sure to suit all your needs from a relaxing family vacation to the perfect spot for the fisherman. Close to Vaca Cut for immediate access to the open Atlantic and open Gulf! The split plan bedroom offers privacy on the master wing and has a large great room opening onto the expansive covered porch. The master bedroom offers a King bed and en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and the second guest bedroom offers Full bunk beds. Step down dock for the kayak and paddle board enthusiast, that will accommodate a 19 foot boat. Enjoy the sunrise and a cup of coffee on the open balcony overlooking the Bay. The large swimming pool and covered downstairs space are perfect for relaxing after a long day on the water.

Close access to a few restaurants, marinas, fishing spots, and sandbars by boat! Deep canal and waterway to the dock. Truly a great location!

Great location poor maintenance

Unclean. Stained couches, walls dirty, towels stained. Broken tub , broken tiles, broken fan in bathroom. Clutter around pool. Dock area wonderful but dirty including dog crap . No response from owner. Lights broken on dock , lights broken on front of house. Sheets stained. Door on closet fell on us trying to open it. Excellent kitchen! Loved it. Nice porch but every seat missing a cushion . Worse part no response at all from owner. Though we saved for this to be able to see our son who had leave from coast guard, I’m sorry we rented this house. It could be amazing if the owner cared or maintained the property. We actually left it cleaner than we found it (including cleaning the microwave with splattered tomato sauce all over the inside!). Really wish the owner had responded when we reached out!

Great place!

We had a great time at this VRBO! It is very home-y and has everything you would need for your stay. The home could use a little TLC, the pool deck paint is peeling, the grill doesn’t work, etc. but the location is great. The weather wasn’t the greatest during our stay but this place was close to the aquarium, Sombrero beach, tennis courts, restaurants and shops, so we had plenty to do. 👍🏻

Fantastic stay!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this house! The pool being heated is a bonus! The place was clean, well-stocked, and looks nicer in person! The view is outstanding! Love the safe, quiet little neighborhood. People are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beuatiful home but needs some attention

Plz note: This home is in the higher end market and has a beautiful view and very nice and comfortable beds. The things we believe need attention would be, Beach towles to at least accomadate those that have rented there were 4 of us with 2 towels. Yr listing states beach towles. The Grill needs attention,the pool decking paint was coming off and bothers yr feet, pool was clean, rubber edging for gravel needs attention, I cut my foot on it, it sticks out near the pool, grateful there were no children in our group. The home needs to be cleared of the nested bugs under the home... Consider putting a table and light in guest room. Dock was ok but seems pretty rickety in some areas. We were not told we could not use the garage.. Would have been nice to had a ice machine in the house refigerator that worked.. the repair guys say its been broken..🤔 I believe they could use new pots and pans, I wouldn't fry and egg in their pans..they are in bad shape, also, some heavy outside plastic plates would be great. There is plenty of plastic drinkware. Bathroom fans need to be replaced.. they are very nosiy. It was a beautiful time I only say these things to encourage you as new owner renters to take in consideration these things. Sincerely, Susan Hagerty
