The house is located at 900 meters altitude in the Vercors park, on the heights of Seyssinet Pariset, 15 min from the tram C and 20 min from Lans en Vercors, above the pollution and the fog.

🏢 The interior is completely new. It includes :
- a large living room with an exceptional view of Grenoble and its surrounding massifs (Chartreuse, Belledonne and Oisans). The living room is equipped with a 140cm sofa bed and a corner sofa. The living room also has a television and a desk;
- a fully equipped open kitchen --> /!\ The dishwasher does not work.
- 2 bedrooms;
- a large bathroom with corner bath and shower - separate toilet;
- a private bathroom on the first floor;
- a large covered terrace, with a breathtaking view of the Moucherotte, the 3 pucelles and Grenoble, it is equipped with garden furniture for 6 people and outdoor chairs.


You have access to the whole house (except the R-1 which is rented)

🛌 The flat has 3 sleeping spaces: a 40 m² bedroom with king size bed upstairs, a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed and a 140 sofa bed in the living room;

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a television, kitchen equipment, oven, microwave oven, combined fridge, induction hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine and full set of crockery, etc...), plenty of storage space, bed linen and towels for 6 people on arrival.


🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by Airbnb and Booking.com on their website.

📍 The site is particularly suitable for walks to discover the Vercors Regional Natural Park, both on foot and by bike, and there are many mountain activities available in the surrounding area. In winter, the family ski resort of Lans-En-Vercors is less than 15 minutes away.
A few minutes away, the Auberge des Trois Pucelles will allow you to taste the local mountain specialities in a splendid setting with the large panoramic terrace.

For public transport, the 5110 bus line linking Grenoble station to Villard-De-Lans has a stop near the house.
