Gulf-front vacationing at its finest in the 4th floor vacation property. You will find style and beauty on your laid back coastal getaway! Let us raise your comfort level in this spacious unit that has sweeping views of the Gulf from its wraparound balcony.

Sago Sands:
Sago Sands is a luxury condominium perched on a bluff, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with breathtaking views of peaceful sunrises and romantic sunsets. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool located on the north side of the complex. Only 8 units keep it quiet and private. This Gulf-front development provides community grills for guest use. For added convenience, the building has an elevator. Located along scenic Highway 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and had a ton of room for our group. The condo was in good shape with the exception of a few things. First one of the doors going out to the patio was broken and would not lock or let you back in. The electric stove was horrible and would not boil water. There were multiple prior reviews about roaches in this unit. We killed three while we were there but not terrible for the most part.

Let Down

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here summer of 2022 and were excited to return. Unfortunately, our second experience was not as we expected. Day one we spotted a roach in the dishwasher and continued to see several more on the kitchen counters and in the cabinets. They began to get into our personal items as well. The bunk room smelled strongly of mildew. When we called about the roach problem the management company responded through text. They said they were calling an exterminator and would let us know when they would arrive. The exterminator never came. We would not recommend this facility.

Beautiful views, spartan amenities

View and location was as advertised--amazing. Property was not very well stocked. No filters for coffee maker, no dishwasher tabs, no dish soap, no Kleenex, etc. Basic things that everyone needs (pizza cutter, etc) were not there and had to be bought or brought.
