Our place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, nightlife, and great views. You’ll love our place because of the cozy nature and the quiet neighborhood. Great for small families, couples, and solo adventurers alike. Great for relaxing after a day of diving, surfing, snorkeling, parasailing - all of which are less than 15 minutes away. Close to many excellent local beaches, dive shops, bars/restaurants, and the Rincon Art Fair on Thursday nights!

Paradise

This is my second time here and we were delighted with the property! We have already booked for next year. The home is perfect for relaxing, easy access to beach and downtown. Great location to take day trips to different sights.

The listing is everything they say it is. We had an amazing stay. It was close to town, the beach and most importantly close to family!! Dave and Vicki provided an oasis we shared with family in the local area. We will definitely be coming back!!

This is a comfortable, tastefully decorated house in Rincon and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and beaches and the check-in procedure is smooth and easy. Definitely recommend.

Great stay!

Property close to food and beaches on the west. We were exploring the island so much that we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but we had a great stay.
