Enjoy peace and tranquility in this Pinnacle Peak Private Oasis. This contemporary 3,200 sq ft single level home is designed to meet the needs of today's traveler: clean, private and luxurious. It is situated in the Pinnacle Peak area of North Scottsdale (85255), and sits on a 1-acre lot that is close to the best hiking, biking, dining, golf and shopping that the region has to offer.

The house features a beautiful 60’ lap pool (about 5-foot deep in the lanes), with multiple side step entrances and a large, umbrella-covered Baja shelf that is 6” deep. Natural grass back yard has many lounge chairs, umbrellas and a very large afternoon sun protected deck that is roomy enough for a fire pit, 2 patio heaters, barbeque grill and outdoor dining table. The pool and spa can be heated (fees apply depending on the time of year that you stay).

Inside you will find 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 3-car garage. The elegant master bedroom comes replete with a king-sized bed, a sitting area, hand scraped hardwood flooring and a cozy stone fireplace. The luxurious master bath showcases split stone walls, granite counter tops with vessel sinks, separate shower, and stand alone bathtub. On the other side of the home are 3 bedrooms that are each finished to a high standard with queen beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The linens and towels are new and fresh, as if the owners themselves were to be using them.

Each bedroom has its own television while additional large screen TVs are situated in the game and living rooms. The house has 500 mbps WiFi. There is Western European art throughout the home, with a touch of Soviet style in the kitchen.

The game room hosts an 8-ft regulation pool table.

The family room opens into the chef’s kitchen which features custom cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops, Professional Viking appliances: 6 burner Induction cooktop with downdraft, 48-inch Viking refrigerator, dishwasher, Viking oven w/convection microwave and warming drawer. The kitchen has a 5-gallon hot/cold water dispenser.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL AND SPA FEES: If you wish to have the spa heated for your stay, the cost is $100/night to cover the propane. Please select heating fee. If you are a polar bear, and don't want to incur this cost, that's fine too. Just "don't" select heating fee. It costs us more than that on average to run the heater. And if you only want us to heat the spa, we can negotiate an hourly rate PRIOR TO YOUR STAY to do that.

A NOTE ABOUT PETS: Please inquire. We do not accept all pets. If we do, the fee is $75/pet/night. If you're not sure that your pet is EXTREMELY well behaved and housebroken, please, please don't ask to book.

A NOTE ABOUT FUN THINGS TO DO IN SCOTTSDALE (that you might not have thought about): We are massive 2A supporters. Whether you are a world-class sniper or a refugee from a blue-state who until now never even considered packing, we have lots of fun toys, and we will be happy to accompany you to any of the indoor or outdoor plinking facilities. Additional fees apply. As that depends on what you want to play with, where you want to go, or what you want to watch us make, further discussion is needed.

A NOTE ABOUT WHETHER WE HAVE TO ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING: Nope. We don't. This is a truly unique property, Scottsdale has something like a 4% vacancy rate, and we are fully booked with a waiting list a year long. Just like you are screening this property, before Tessa accepts ANY bookings, she will send you screening questions (think "Walking Dead", but not exactly). Every guest who has left us a review got the same questions before Tessa booked them.
