I am a professional photographer and painter.
Luca xx purchased this Apartment in 2001
Why Luca xx chose Municipio I
The apartment is very cosy and romantic. The wood ceilings also add a lot of charm. It's in a small bulding where it was easy to get to know all of the other tenants. The area is very safe and it's in the quiter side of Trastevere.

Luca and his staff were very helpful. Checkin was a breeze and the transfers he arranged were great. Not sure how long you would have to stay to try all the restaurants within a few blocks. Can easily catch the tram or bus to all the sights.
Luca met us at the apartment and was very helpful with all of our questions. He went above and beyond with that for us. It was our favorite area of Rome! We found lots of great restaurants and Luca left some excellent suggestions. The bed and pillows are comfy and the apartment had everything we needed. The area is always busy and can be noisy so bring some earplugs and you'll be fine. I assume that's just how Rome is. I would stay here again!
Perfect for a one-week stay
Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Luca was kind, welcoming, helpful, and generous. The apartment was in a perfect location to access everything I wanted to do by walking. Laundry in the apartment allowed me to pack light.
Great location from all the sites!!
Expensive but good downtown location
Overall enjoyable , safe and quiet location with lot of great restaurants , really no need or time to use even Micro wave or small stove. Good bathroom, plenty of hot water for shower except only one portable air conditioner and small TV with only one English channel for 2 large rooms and no elevator when you return home after walking 4 miles every day in hot weather and have to climb 5 floors.
Dear Patrice, thank you for your reservation! I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay.
Please note that the TV has tens of English Channels! (out of hundreds of free-to-air international channels available on Astra satellite). I guess you just didn’t manage tu use the satellite remote control properly. As you noticed, the portable AC is very powerful and it has to be said that it’s just fine for the whole area (which are only two rooms for a total of 45 square meters / 400 square feet ). The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. So there are only 3 (three) flights of stairs to climb (not 5!!). Best wishes, Luca
Great cozy apartment in fantastic Trastavere location!
This apartment was a perfect spot for the visit to Rome my wife and I took this May. Easy walking distance to tons of great cafes, bars, and restaurants in Trastavere - plus it's still quick to get over to the main sights across the Tiber. We ate breakfast at the lovely little cafe downstairs every morning (Bar Lillo) - friendly staff there, with great coffee and pastries. The apartment is modestly-sized, but plenty of space for two and if you're going to be out on the city most of the time (like we were), it's perfect!
