This beautiful split entry OWNER OCCUPIED Executive home is perfect for short-term stays. With a deck off the dining area overlooking the wooded back yard, you will feel like you have truly gotten away from the city. There are hardwood floors throughout.

Complete opposite of a quiet location

Property backs onto a major highway. I'd estimate 200 metres away. Traffic noise 24-7 made it impossible to sit in the living room & talk to each other without closing the patio door. In addition, we endured the train whistle at all hours of the day and night coming from the front side of the house.
