You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and two championship billiard tables.

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more! During car and bike events, trailer parking is available for an additional charge.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Perfect for a weekend

We had a great time! The condo was small, but worked for our group. Perfect for a quick weekend. Great communication and check-in. Great location, with easy parking. The only thing we noticed was that the listing notes a washer/dryer, but there was not one.

Great rental

Price of the condo was exactly what was quoted on the VRBO site. We received a text when the condo was available, a while before the check-in time. Condo was very clean. We emailed a very few minor issues, as requested by the host (a burned out light bulb and a missing battery cover on a remote). This condo is in a very nice building with an indoor pool, billiards room and gym and a nice sitting area in the lobby. Lots of restaurants nearby (although parking in OC isn't good even in the off season). We love the beach in the fall and this was a great place to spend our vacation. Highly recommend this rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location was great the property condition left much to be desired. Upon entering the building a mildew odor was quite strong and the carpet was well worn throughout. The unit itself is in need of an update and thorough cleaning. All furniture was dated and quite worn to the point where updating and replacement is needed immediately. This is not a good value.
