The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

The gourmet kitchen was brilliantly designed with quality in mind highlighted by a large center island, custom cut granite counters throughout, ample cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances.
After all this eating and cooking, you’ll want to spoil yourself in the cinema room with a 120 inch (!) screen and surround sound system that is to die for! And if that’s not enough, our open space living area is also fully decked out with a 65” smart TV, perfect to watch the game on.

The private, fenced backyard is the ideal spot to spend the lovely sunny days cooling off in your very own POOL! You’ll have plenty of different seating areas to hang on, complete with a BBQ and foosball table. Sounds pretty heavenly, doesn’t it?

The home is truly a home away from home- two bedrooms even have their own en-suite bathrooms with large showers and a resort-like bathtubs. Each part of the home is well stocked with extra towels, extra pillows, and extra bedding.

You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
The home is close to the trendy restaurants, boutiques, bars Airport, and everything the vibrant DFW area has to offer.

We are step away from everything exciting and vibrant that Dallas Fort Worth has to offer. Just minutes away from DFW Airport, AT&T Stadium, Downtown Dallas and Fort worth stockyards.

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★

No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Thank you kindly.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.



★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is STR23-00060 issued by the City of Grand Prairie.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
