No need to look any further!! You've found the perfect Rockport vacation rental. This stunning 3BR home nocommands a prime location less than 1/2 of mile from Cove Harbor Marina, 10 min from downtown Rockport & 20 min drive to the Port Aransas ferry.

ABOUT THE COTTAGE:

Welcome to The RockiN R Cottage! This rental has a spacious second-level living room, dining room, & kitchen that all open to one another, offering a convivial hub for group camaraderie. Large windows & charming designed coastal décor make the space bright & welcoming. Settle in with your crew & watch a movie or sporting event on the large 60" flat-screen "SMART" TV. Plush seating includes a queen sofa sleeper for extra overnight guests.

The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Everything you may need for preparing meals & beach snacks is provided. The light filled dining area includes a farm table with seating for two, plus seating for six more around the large oversized kitchen bar. Or you may head outdoors & enjoy alfresco meals on the shaded porch while enjoying the sunrise or sunset out over the bay.

The spacious master bdrm has a queen bed & a 24" Smart Flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a marble vanity & a tub/shower combination. The second bdrm is outfitted with a queen bed, while the bunk beds (full & single) are found in the third bdrm w/ a 30" Smart Flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a marble vanity & a tub/shower combination.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS:

Great amenities include complimentary WI-FI, cable TV (in living room), Smart TV's in bdrms (w/no cable), and a washer/dryer. There is parking beneath the Cottage for 3 vehicles (with room for your boat, too), and street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

On-site amenities include a shared sparkling pool, kid's playground, charcoal grill & boat wash station.

Access to this raised Cottage is via one flight of exterior stairs.

The Rockin R Rocked

Beautiful super clean like new vacation home! This property has it ALL. Nice deck, shared pool, quaint little neighborhood. We loved it here! It’s close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Super convenient to everything Rockport offers. It’s truly a hidden gem. The owner was amazing. Very responsive to anything we needed. Super easy checkin process. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. Bathrooms were very nice and well stocked. It truly was a home away from home for us. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay here again. I would suggest rearranging the master bedroom furniture so you can watch TV in bed (that’s all I would change).

LOVED!!!!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, and comfortable! We locked ourselves out of the house one night and I had to call the manager. He immediately opened the door. We didn’t wait 2 minutes! The kitchen has great with lots of space for preparing meals! Could use a few more bigger bowls for food, and a better can opener. Those are so small compared to the amazing house!!! If we ever come back that way, this is where we will stay!!!
