Come and be our guest in our brand new designer 2 bedroom suite on W 16 Ave @ Blenheim. Right on the border of Arbutus / Kitsilano and close to UBC, beaches, forest & tons of trendy shopping streets. Excellent location if you want to explore all parts of the Lower Mainland. Fully furnished with all the bells & whistles. Beautifully landscaped backyard entry. Minimum 1 month stay.

- No socializing, smoking, vaping or drinking in the lane or on the property
- No partying or excessive noise in our suite
- Guest Curfew of 11 pm - 6 am - Treat our suite, property and furnishings as if it were your own home.
- Ensure no clothing, pillows or blankets, electrical wires or any plastic items are on or near the electric baseboard heaters.
- Maintain our suite clean & all garbage, recycling & organics are emptied regularly, as per the “Garbage Day App”
- Ensure the stove, microwave & oven are cleaned after use
- Inform the host of any damage or breakages in a timely manner
